Farid with Fervent Global Award.
MAKNA
President Dato’ Mohd Farid Ariffin was bestowed the prestigious Fervent Global
Love of Lives Medal VII Award 2004 by the Taiwan Chou Ta- Kuan Cultural and
Educational Foundation in May 2004.
Mr. Chin Huar Chow, the founder of the foundation presented the award to Dato’ Farid and 14 other recipients from all over the world. The award recognises individuals from different countries for their life-time achievements and dedication towards helping the society.
This was the second award that Dato’ Farid received in the area of advocacy, the first being The Most Inspiring Malaysian Award by The Readers Digest in 2002.
